## Booking & Registration
**How do I become a vendor at the Bridal Extravaganza?**
Complete the vendor application on our website or contact the event coordinator directly. Once approved, you can add to cart!
**What are the booth prices?**
Pricing varies by booth size and location within the venue (corner booths, premium traffic areas, etc.). Contact the event coordinator for the current rate sheet and available packages.
**Is there a deadline to register?**
Vendor spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and categories may fill up before the registration deadline. We recommend applying as early as possible to secure your preferred category and booth location.
**Can I cancel or transfer my booth?**
Cancellations and transfers are handled according to the terms in your vendor agreement. Please review your contract or reach out to the coordinator for specifics on refunds and deadlines.
**Is there a limit on how many vendors per category (e.g., photographers, florists)?**
Yes, we cap the number of vendors per category in certain categories. Check with the organizer to confirm.

Booth Setup & Logistics
**What's included with my booth?**
White drape creates your booth space, and you are free to decorate however you wish. Electricity and WiFi are not included.
**When can I set up my booth?**
Setup typically occurs the day before or early on the morning of the show.
**When do I need to break down my booth?**
Breakdown begins immediately after the show closes to the public. Vendors are asked not to break down early, even if traffic slows, out of respect for attendees and fellow vendors.
**Is parking and loading dock access available?**
Yes — details on parking, loading zones, and load-in/load-out procedures will be included in your vendor packet.
**Can I bring my own signage, displays, or lighting?**
Yes, as long as it fits within your booth footprint and complies with venue fire and safety codes. Freestanding displays must not block aisles or neighboring booths.
**Is WiFi available?**
Basic WiFi is typically available; dedicated/high-speed access may require an add-on request submitted in advance.

## During the Show
**What are the show hours?**
Hours will be provided in your vendor packet and on event signage. Please have your booth fully staffed and ready before doors open and keep it staffed through the posted closing time.
**Can I sell products directly at my booth?**
Yes, most vendors are permitted to sell on-site. Please confirm any restrictions on payment processing, sales tax collection, or product categories with the event coordinator.
**Are giveaways, raffles, or contests allowed?**
Yes, and they're encouraged! Giveaways are a great way to collect leads.
What is a Major Prize and how do I donate one?
A Major Prize must be a free-standing prize (no purchase necessary) and must have a value of $500-$1000. Contact show management to participate.
**Will there be a bridal fashion show or stage presentations?**
Yes!! If you'd like to feature your product or service (attire, hair/makeup, florals, etc.), ask the coordinator about participation opportunities.
**How do I get leads from attendees?**
The show will create an account for you in the Bridal Extravaganza App. Here you can download a unique QR code. Couples will scan you if they want to save you into their digital goodie bag.
**Is food and drink allowed at my booth?**
Sampling is often allowed for caterers, bakeries, and beverage vendors, and requires prior approval and adherence to venue health and safety guidelines.

## Marketing & Promotion
**Will I be listed in event marketing materials?**
Yes, registered vendors are included in the event website, printed program, and/or app listing. Look for emails from the show confirming your information.
**Can I promote my own booth ahead of the show?**
Absolutely — vendors are encouraged to share the event on social media and with their client lists. Ask the coordinator for official event graphics, hashtags, and promotional copy you can reuse.
**Will attendee contact information be shared with vendors after the show?**
Your hottest leads will be in the show App. These are the couples who went out of their way to scan your company. There is a complete list of brides who purchased a ticket available for an additional fee.

## Policies & Requirements
**Are there rules about what I can display or sample?**
Yes — items must comply with venue safety codes (no open flames, limited use of certain equipment, etc.). Food/beverage sampling may require specific permits. Details are in your vendor packet.
**What happens in case of bad weather or an emergency?**
The event follows the venue's emergency and severe weather protocols. Any show-impacting updates will be communicated to vendors as soon as possible via email or phone. If the building feels it is safe to remain open, the show will proceed.
**Who do I contact with additional questions?**
Reach out to your event coordinator — contact information is included in your vendor welcome packet and confirmation email.
