Should vendors still attend and operate on Saturday?
Vendors should plan to operate according to the originally communicated Saturday schedule.
Will booth locations, load-in, or show hours change for Saturday?
No changes are anticipated. Booth locations, load-in times, and show hours for Saturday remain as previously communicated.
Will Sunday ticket holders attend on Saturday?
Yes. Ticket holders with Sunday admission have been invited to attend on Saturday. Vendors should anticipate typical Saturday attendance.
I am unable to participate on Saturday. What should I do?
Please contact the vendor relations team after the show at exhibit@houstonbe.com to discuss your situation in accordance with your vendor agreement.
Will marketing opportunities or promotions still take place on Saturday?
Yes. All Saturday marketing opportunities and on-site promotions will proceed as planned.

If I purchase a booth at a show and am unable to attend, are refunds available?
All sales are final.
Can I have more than one business in my booth if they are complimentary?
No. Each business must have their own booth at the show.
Do I need to get permission to use fog, haze, or bubble machines at the show?
Yes. Please refer to the Show Packet for more information.
