Early Bird Special Offer: $250 Off Booths

Promotional Period: The Show Special offer is valid from January 25, 2026, to March 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Eligibility: The promotion is exclusively available to Bridal Extravaganza Show wedding vendors.  

Inclusions: The promotion includes access to the respective show, a full-page ad in Texas Weddings Magazine & Show Guide, two complimentary seats at the Wedding Pro Lunch & Learn, a Who's Who Vendor Listing and Badge (July only), and a BrideScan vendor account.  Brides Leads List is available for purchase for $99 (reg. $999).

Exclusions:

  • Specialty Aisle and Tabletop Display booth spaces are excluded from this promotion.
  • Specialty Aisle and Tabletop Display booth spaces are unavailable for the April shows

Deposit: 50% is due at the time of purchase. The remaining balance must be paid by the balance due date.

Payment: 

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternate terms are agreed upon.

  • Customized payment plans are available, but will incur a non-refundable $50 fee for every additional transaction.

Processing Fee: A 3.5% non-refundable processing fee applies to all credit or debit card purchases. 

Cancellation: If cancellation occurs after initial payment, standard cancellation policies apply, and the exhibitor may be responsible for the full cost of the booth rental.

No Transfers: The promotional offer is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other credit.

No Booth Sharing: Sharing of booths with 2 or vendors in one booth space is strictly prohibited.

Limitations: The offer is subject to booth availability and does not guarantee specific locations or dimensions within the event space. Booth allocation will be managed at the sole discretion of the Show organizers. This offer is per transaction and cannot be combined with other offers. Exclusions: Tabletop Display and Specialty Aisle Booth Rentals are excluded from this promotion.

Inclusions: The promotion includes access to the respective show, featuring a full-page ad in Texas Weddings Magazine & Show Guide, two complimentary seats at the Wedding Pro Lunch & Learn, Who's Who Vendor Listing and Badge, and a BrideScan vendor account.  Brides Leads List is available for purchase for $99 (reg. $999).

Payment Plans: A standard payment plan is available at no additional cost with a 50% deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the show date. Customized payment plans are available and incur a $50 fee per transaction.

Payment: The balance must be paid in full at the time of purchase or by the due date if the payment plan option is selected. Failure to complete payment by the due date will result in the forfeiture of the promotional rate, and the reservation will be subject to standard rental rates thereafter. Credit/debit card and ACH/ETF purchases are subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor after the deposit has been made, the deposit remains non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after full payment, standard cancellation policies apply, and the exhibitor may be responsible for the full cost of the booth rental.

No Transfers: The promotional offer is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Limitations: The offer is subject to booth availability and does not guarantee specific locations or dimensions within. The offer may not be combined with any other booth offers.
